2024/25 Christmas and New Year Opening Hours
With the festive period approaching, it’s important that we communicate our upcoming availability for live user and technical support over those few weeks.
Most importantly, due to the availability of the team and the necessity to continue providing support at the times indicated below, we WILL NOT be in a position to accept post and process received patient feedback forms between 23 December 2024 to 3 January 2025.
Any users currently collecting patient feedback would be strongly encouraged to send these in to us as soon as possible, in order to ensure that there is not a delay in having these processed.
Any feedback received prior to Friday 20 December 2024 will be uploaded to SARD by Tuesday 24 December 2024. We will endeavour to upload any feedback received on or after Friday 20 December 2024, by Monday 23 December 2024, however this is not guaranteed.
Any feedback not uploaded to the system by Friday 20 December 2024 will be uploaded on or soon after Thursday 2 January 2025.
Please be aware this only applies to those that send their paper patient feedback directly to SARD for input to the system.
