Announcing Our New Helpdesk: Now Available!
We are pleased to announce the launch of our new helpdesk, which is now live and ready for you to explore. Our team has been diligently working to create a resource that will assist you in navigating any questions or challenges you may encounter. The helpdesk is designed to offer a range of support options, from frequently asked questions to detailed how-to guides, ensuring that you have access to the information you need.
Using the Helpdesk
To the bottom-right corner of the site, you will see a speech box icon; if you click this, a list of articles will appear for assistance with use of the site. You can search for help articles in the box at the bottom of this pop-up, to look for assistance with a particular aspect of the site. Access the helpdesk now.
If you click the article that you wish to read, this will expand for you; if you wish to view this in more detail, the diagonal arrow on the right hand side of the title will allow you to view the Helpdesk page in full.
Having Trouble Accessing the Helpdesk?
If you are unable to access the helpdesk, you may need to clear your browser cache:
Microsoft Edge
Go to the three dots in the top-right corner > Settings > Privacy, Search, and Services > Choose What to Clear > Select "Cached images and files" > Clear Now.
Google Chrome
Go to the three dots in the top-right corner > More Tools > Clear Browsing Data > Select "Cached images and files" > Clear data.
Safari
Go to Safari in the top menu > Preferences > Privacy > Click Manage Website Data... > Select "Remove All".
