Professor Joe McDonald is the recently retired CCIO of Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust with 30 years of experience in child psychiatry.

Kevin Monk is the Managing Director of SARD JV.

Together with other like minded 'rebels' they have been forming a plan to execute Matt Hancock's Tech Vision.
