During her 16 years with Caredoc, Michelle has been able to implement significant technological advances to aid doctors, nurses and clinicians. Michelle is also Founder and Director of One HealthTech (OHT) and leads this network to help support and promote women and other underrepresented groups in health innovation. OHT supports its members through education, mentorship and promoting the positive effects of inclusion in technology.

With a background in Computer Science, Michelle is passionate about healthcare and how technology can be used to benefit both patients and clinicians.
