As the founder of We are Lean and Agile, Andy’s main goal is to make continuous improvement easy for organisations. With 20 years in the public and private sector, Andy has huge experience in delivering lean process modelling for the digital age.
He’s also a big fan of NHS Hack Days which is where he met SARD’s Managing Director, Kevin Monk.
